SCOPE & APPLICATION
You expressly agree and accept the Conditions set forth herein unconditionally as a binding contract ("the Agreement") enforceable by law. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to your use of this Site. Any purchase of any products or services available through this Site are governed by the Terms of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) on the relevant Company website, which is incorporated herein by reference. Additionally, your use of this Site is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.. 'Customer', 'I', 'You' or 'Your' refers to you. 'Site' means this World Wide Website located at www.Revijoint.com. 'Revijoint.com' ("We", "Us" or "Our") reserves the right to amend this Agreement from time to time. It is agreed that any such amendment will apply to Customer. Revijoint.com agrees to inform Customer of any amendment to the agreement. Should Customer fail to object to any amendment to the Agreement within one week, such failure shall serve as an acceptance of the amendment.

All product purchases made from this website are required to be paid in full.

Your card is charged once at checkout for the displayed amount, including taxes and shipping.
You authorize us to initiate a one-time charge to your credit card as indicated upon your purchase. Your product will be dispatched within 72 hours and will arrive within 5–7 business days. If your product does not arrive within the allotted amount of time, please contact customer service to address the delay. Although we always strive to make our deliveries as timely as possible, circumstances may arise outside of our control, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or other postal delays, which may impede the timely arrival of your product. You agree we are not liable for such delays.

Order Changes and Customer Responsibilities: Changes such as shipping address, order quantity, or cancellation are only possible within 1 hour after completing the purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing details. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses.
RETURNS, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
To be considered for a refund, you must contact Customer Service at (302) 620-3999 between 8am EST - 8pm EST Mon - Sun or send email to support@revicade.com before any arrangements are made to issue a refund. To receive a full refund, you must return the product you received. Refunds will only be offered for up to 60 days from purchase date.
Persons with a medical condition, who are pregnant, or have reason to believe they may become pregnant in the next 60 days should not order this product. Refund requests will not be accepted for these reasons.
All processed orders are subject to a $9.95 processing fee if the charge for the product/order has settled. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $8.95 per item if returned unopened and in good condition.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions

How to Return or Cancel
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 60 days of delivery. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

- For cancellations within 1 hour, contact us via email or call +1 (302) 620-3999.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return Policy.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
- After approval, we’ll provide the return address if applicable.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
Delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute concerning these Terms or any of our services shall be resolved by arbitration before the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in the county where you live. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. You agree to indemnify us for any financial harm caused by non-compliance.
OFFER, ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
We make every effort to ensure items appearing on the Site are available but cannot guarantee stock. Orders may be rejected if we are unable to process or fulfill them. An order submitted by You constitutes an offer, and our acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and payment accepted.
YOUR REPRESENTATIONS
You represent that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You must maintain your account information and keep it secure. Prices are subject to change before acceptance, and you agree to pay all applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees.
TERMINATION
We may terminate your order or suspend product delivery if you breach these Conditions or fail to make payment by the due date.
DELIVERY AND RISK
Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery will be made to the address you provide. Risk passes to you on delivery. If you refuse or fail to take delivery, you remain liable for payment and storage costs.
REJECTION, DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
We are not liable for damages or losses except where notified within 5 working days. Defects caused by improper use are not covered. Remedies may include replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
LIABILITY LIMITATION
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the cost of the product ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
You agree to indemnify us against any claims related to infringement of third-party rights arising from your specifications or misuse. We transfer only such rights as we possess.
WARRANTY "AS IS" IN GENERAL
All product specifications are for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee exact conformity. You receive the manufacturer’s warranty only. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for purpose.

NOTICES
Notices may be sent by hand delivery, post, or email to the address most recently provided. Email notices are deemed received when acknowledged or after 48 hours without delivery failure.

GENERAL
You may not transfer your rights under these Conditions. We are not liable for failure caused by events beyond our control. These Conditions supersede any prior agreements and may be updated without prior notice.

These Conditions are governed by U.S. law, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts. All proceedings will be conducted in English.
