Store Policy

1. Product Information and Usage:

  • All supplements sold in our store are designed to support general health and wellness. They can help treat and improve specific conditions when taken consistently, but they are not intended to prevent any diseases.

2. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with their orders. Every reasonable customer who makes an online purchase from another country should be aware of potential customs fees; this is a standard procedure.
  • Any edits to shipping information must be sent within one hour of purchasing to ensure the changes can be made before the order is processed.
  • APO (Army Post Office) and AE (Armed Forces Europe) or any armed zone addresses are not acceptable. Please provide an alternative shipping address if available.
  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at hello@duzcorek.com for assistance.
  • When the shipment arrives at your destination and is out for delivery, if there is no response from you to our shipping team’s emails and SMS, we will also make two additional attempts to contact you. After these attempts, if there is still no response, the shipment will be considered abandoned or destroyed, and we will not be responsible for this outcome.

3. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns. However, we can send an exchange if the product is totally damaged upon receipt. In this case, you must provide image proof of the damage.
  • In exceptional cases, a discount may be offered depending on the situation.
  • For any damage claims, we do not accept exchange requests after the date of receipt. If you request a refund or exchange several days or up to one month after receiving the product, it will not be accepted.
  • Food Supplements (ereVil, ereVil MAXI, and fertiVil): If the supplements did not work for you, please note that individual results may vary. To review any claims, a doctor’s certificate stating that the supplement was unsuitable for you is required.
  • Cosmetic Products: Opened cosmetic products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Exchanges are only available if the product is found to be damaged upon receipt.

4. Order Cancellations:

  • We do not accept any cancellations once a purchase has been completed. This policy applies to all products.
